Whole farm planning, environmental management systems (EMS), farm water & infrastructure management, land management plans, and sustainable farming practices.

Grew up on a dairy and beef farm in the Yarra Valley, Victoria.

Various jobs: contracting, working in various farming operations including beef, sheep & dairy in Scotland.

 

Managing a dynamic and successful family medium scale stud & commercial beef - sheep farming operation in Buchan, East Gippsland and Leongatha South Gippsland, Victoria.

Has been very successful in beef trials & competitions, showing and marketing of stock.

Partner in a company providing genetics and advice to a beef breeding operations in Russia.

Operating: Farm Dynamics Consulting and Amberley Park Beef - now based in Eltham, Victoria.

 

 Malcolm has been involved in the development and practice of the MLA & Agriculture Victoria BeefCheque and Farm$mart programs. Developed and delivered marketing modules for NMIT: Diploma of Organic Agriculture. Delivered numerous workshops particularly in: total farm & stock management.

Long standing involvement in various industry groups including gold member of Landcare.

Contributor to the Box Hill Institute’s diploma and advance diploma in Agri Tourism.
